Bottom line responsibility and an effective manager of people in this direct-to-consumer marketing company with emphasis on direct mail, outbound telemarketing, inbound telemarketing, catalog, newspaper and magazine advertising, collections/recovery, customer service, retail, and internet marketing. Also oversee and provide effective promotion creation, product development, and copywriting. 1998 to present, Arbitrator, Better Business Bureau, Canton Ohio/West Virginia.
