*The audition date for the combined STA and Central Catholic theatrical production is tomorrow, Monday, January 15, from 3:00 – 5:00 pm and Tuesday, January 16 after school. Both tryouts will take place at Central Catholic High School. STA students will have the opportunity to either audition for the show, “The Villain’s View”, or work on the stage crew, set design, costuming or marketing. Performances will be March 16 and 17 at the Canton Palace Theatre. Any questions, please contact Mrs. Pusateri.

*There will be a pep rally for Winter Sports at the end of the school day on Friday. There will also be a dance following the boys basketball game on Friday for all STA high school students until 11:00.

*St. Thomas Aquinas Middle School is hosting a Sip and Paint fundraiser this Thursday, January 18, from 5:30 – 8:00 pm in the STA commons. Light snacks and desserts will be served and you may bring your own bottle. The Cost is $30. Contact Mrs. Parise for further information.

*St. Thomas Aquinas will host the Royal Knights Basketball on Saturday, January 20 at 4:00 in the STA gym. We invite everyone to come out and support these special athletes as they compete on the basketball court. The cost of admission is a donated can of food which will benefit the Louisville Food Pantry.

*On Friday, January 26th, St. Thomas Aquinas students will host a Winter Carnival. This is for students of all ages and all are invited. There will be large inflatables in the gym and games and concessions in the cafeteria. The time is from 5:30 – 8:30 for elementary students and 8:30 – 10:30 for high school students. The cost is $10.

* The Chili Cook-off will be held on February 3rd. This is a fun-filled night that is also a major fundraiser for the Knight Nation Athletic Club. So plan to attend, sample some excellent chili, and give yourself an opportunity to win the $2,500 reverse raffle. Contact any varsity athlete, coach or the school for tickets.

*There will be no school on Monday, January 15, in observance of Martin Luther King.
