Anne Piero Silagy Esq. is a 1978 graduate of St. Thomas Aquinas and received her bachelor’s degree in Chemistry and a Juris Doctor degree from The University of Akron. Ms. Silagy served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable James H. Williams and was a partner in two local law firms before starting her own practice in 1997. Mrs. Silagy has been as a member of the panel of Chapter 7 Trustees for the Northern District of Ohio since 1991 and has served as an Impartial Hearing Officer for the State of Ohio Department of Special Education since 1997, where she hears and determines cases involving disputes regarding the provision of special education services to children with disabilities. Mrs. Silagy is a member of Christ the Servant parish and resides in North Canton, Ohio with her husband, Bob (’76), and their four children, Alisha (’07), Kara (’08), Bobby (’11) and Michael (’16).
